  • Vinyasa Krama Flow focuses on integrating breath with movement, utilizing different transitions in-between poses making every practice unique and engaging.

  • A blend of meditation known as yogic sleep infused with Sound Alchemy. This class will help reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, and help deepen awareness.

  • a blend of Yin, Restorative & Deep Stretch yoga using gentle static poses with tension and passive relaxing holds to access deep connective tissue, fascia, and bring the nervous system down for rest. This class maintains flexibility while training the mind to remain present.

Book a Class

  • A blend of repetitive kriyas, pranayama exercises, meditation, and chanting. Kundalini Yoga will make the body stronger and more energetic while increasing self-awareness. This class increases internal heat and provokes mental detoxification.
