  • Qi-Gong, Tai-Chi & Yoga is a well rounded way to assist the body in creating balance within the hemispheres of the brain, aiding in mobilizing joints and reinforcing the connection of the subtle breath with the vital energy. This class focuses on slow movement with emphasis on the breath.
