You've been holding it together for everyone. Four days to let go.
The Revival Experience is an all-inclusive retreat on 50+ private acres inside the Nantahala National Forest — yoga, temazcal sweat lodge, cold plunge, breathwork, sound alchemy, and real rest, rooted in ancestral practice.
This isn't new — it's remembered. This isn't trend — it's a return.
Vacations distract you from your life. A retreat returns you to it. Inspired by indigenous and ancestral practices, every day here is designed to reset your body, regulate your nervous system, and bring you home to yourself. Not surface — embodied depth.
You won't leave as the person who arrived
Each day is a stage of release — not a schedule of activities. Here's the shape of it.
Put it all down
Wind through the mountains and settle into the estate. An opening circle and gentle evening practice mark the threshold — the weight you carried up the mountain stays at the door.
Let the heat and the water do their work
Morning flow as the mist lifts, waterfall hikes to ground the body, then the temazcal sweat lodge and cold plunge — detoxify, release, and reset from the inside out.
Remember who you are without the noise
Cacao ceremony to open the heart, somatic workshops and Mana Movement to free what's been stuck, mini vipassana to quiet the mental noise, and drums around the fire.
Go home revived — and keep it
A closing practice and intention-setting circle designed so the calm travels home with you. You leave with practices, not just photos.
Practices, modalities & natural medicines
A range of offerings designed to support the body and nervous system — guided by experienced facilitators, all included.
Yoga & Meditation
Daily practice for all levels — movement and stillness to anchor each day.
Temazcal Sweat Lodge
An ancestral heat ceremony to detoxify, release, and reset the body.
Cold Plunge
Awaken the senses and train the nervous system to find calm under intensity.
Breathwork & Drums
Shift internal states, support emotional release, and come back into balance.
Cacao Ceremony
Gently open the heart, deepen connection, and invite softness within.
Sound Alchemy
Immersive sound healing to restore inner rhythm and deep rest.
Somatic Workshops
Body-based practices to release stored tension and reconnect with yourself.
Mini Vipassana
A period of silence and observation to sharpen awareness and quiet mental noise.
Nature & Waterfall Hikes
Ground the body, awaken the senses, and restore your natural pace.
Ecstatic Dance
Free, expressive movement to liberate energy and celebrate being alive.
Mana Movement
A free-flow energetic practice to awaken vitality and circulate life-force energy.
Hapé & Sananga
Traditional plant medicines to clear, center, and sharpen awareness — always optional.
Plus adventure, nourishing meals, fellowship & more — all inclusive

Made for a very specific kind of tired
This is for you if
- You're the one everyone else leans on — and you're running on empty
- You keep saying “I just need a break” and never actually taking one
- You're drawn to depth, nature, and ancestral practice — not a party trip
- All levels welcome — you don't need to be “good at yoga”
Probably not for you if
- You're looking for a resort-style vacation with a packed social calendar
- You'd rather stay reachable and keep one eye on work all weekend
- You want a fitness bootcamp rather than restoration

Questions we hear most
Do I need to be experienced in yoga?
No. Every practice is guided for all levels, with options to go deeper or softer. If you can breathe, you belong here.
What's included in the price?
Everything on the estate: three nights of lodging, all meals, daily yoga and meditation, the temazcal sweat lodge, cold plunge, cacao ceremony, breathwork, sound alchemy, somatic workshops, ecstatic dance, guided nature and waterfall hikes, and every circle and ceremony. Travel to Franklin, NC is separate.
How do payments work?
We keep it flexible. Pay in full, split your reservation with Klarna or Afterpay at checkout, or ask us about a payment plan — a deposit holds your room and the balance can be spread out before the retreat.
What's the cancellation policy?
All reservations are final — we hold your room, your meals, and your place in every ceremony, so we're unable to offer refunds. If something truly unexpected comes up, reach out: we'll consider issuing a credit toward a future retreat or studio offering on a case-by-case basis. We also recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
Are the plant medicines required?
No. Hapé and sananga are traditional, optional offerings guided by experienced facilitators. Every part of the experience is an invitation, never an obligation — you choose what serves you.
Can I come alone?
Most people do — and it's often the ones who arrive solo who leave with the deepest connections. The group is intentionally small, and an RN is on-site throughout the weekend.
The mountains will be there in May. Will you?
Spacing is limited and the Twin Suite is already gone. Reserve now — or message us and we'll answer every question first.
